Bookings and Cancellations
Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a late cancellation fee.
Access and Safety
Ensure safe access to the premises and disclose any hazards in advance.
Liability
We are insured. Report issues within 24 hours so we can investigate and resolve promptly.
Payments
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers; we do not store complete card numbers.
Service Limitations
We do not move heavy furniture or perform high-risk tasks requiring specialized equipment.
